I had an excellent experience with them. The best shop in the Chicago area, very honest, and great pricing. They are amazing. They charged me a very genuine price for the work they did, and it was done super fast. They also provide a tow service. When I was stuck with a scammer towing company, they helped release my trailer from there. If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars.

Very professional people, they get the work done professionally. Waiting room is clean and comfortable and the best is getting a coffee and cookies was my favorite thing while waiting. Thank you very much for staying late fixing my truck.

I work for a small company and for 2 years my truck has been coming to Chris and one things for certain is that if you see a bad review on the shop it’s someone who is a sorry individual well back to my review I bought the truck from my company owner and I came across an issue that had me very worried but Chris can definitely break down the issues and give you clarity and comfort when it comes to your truck i was completely satisfied when I picked up my truck and definitely got good service and the price is good Chris isn’t some shop trying to get rich of truckers thank you Chris 🫡 truck 101 white Volvo TMT

Hey, truckers! I've got a bone to pick with this sorry excuse for a truck shop. Let me tell you about the nightmare I endured after using their services just once. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. These clowns call themselves mechanics, but they're nothing but a joke. They messed up my water pump installation, broke a bolt inside, and thought it was okay to just glue it back together. They even managed to bend the oil tube for the dipstick! Who knows what else they messed up. I had to take my truck elsewhere for a proper check-up because of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these amateurs. Show some respect for your trucks, your time, and your hard-earned money. Take a look at these photos if you need further proof.

I serviced about 18 trucks with OHARE TRUCK CENTER. All sweet talk then truck goes OTR STUFF THEY INSTALLed either fell out or gotten lose, worked on my trans in Pete when they install trans mounts after 3 mounts bolts broke off because they never tightened them, when he installed cascades trans for me he never installed new clutch truck ran 5 moths, another shop showed me all photos. When he did king pins he did them wrong also got photos from another shop. Oh the cascadia trans wasn’t bolted SUPRISE SUPRISE.!! This place is garbage do not go there or go and you will find out soon enough, don’t let the nice place convince you otherwise. BELIVE ME. Ask around what people really think about this shop.
